Mouseaway.ca provides on-site residential pest control services only. We do not provide emergency services, recurring/subscription plans. All services are provided by appointment and subject to availability.
Prices provided are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions.
Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking or service. Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store credit card information.
Customers must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Customers agree to provide accurate information, ensure safe access to the service location, and follow preparation/post-service instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mouseaway.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Services are provided based on the information available at the time of service. Results may vary due to environmental factors, infestation severity, and customer cooperation.
